Business Commercials Manager

About the role

The Business Commercials Manager will partner with the Sales & Marketing Director to provide financial insight that drives profitable growth across multiple channels and regions. This senior position requires a strong analytical mindset and deep knowledge of financial regulations, currency trends, and commercial finance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Sales & Marketing Director with financial analysis and strategic decision‑making.
• Evaluate profitability of customers, products, channels, and regions.
• Develop pricing models, assess discounts, trade schemes and promotional offers.
• Prepare annual sales budgets, monthly forecasts and monitor budget vs. actual performance.
• Analyze ROI of marketing campaigns, trade promotions, rebates and incentives.
• Control commercial expenditure and identify cost‑saving and revenue‑growth opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to pricing policies, delegation of authority and internal controls over sales transactions.
• Review customer credit limits, credit risks and support negotiations with key customers using financial insights.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial operations supporting sales, preferably in FMCG or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong knowledge of international financial regulations, currency trends and commodity exchange.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
