Business Analyst – Corporate Banking & Digital Channels

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to join our corporate banking team and drive digital transformation across trade finance, cash management, payments and related services. The role combines deep banking domain knowledge with hands‑on experience in digital channels, ensuring that technology solutions meet both business and customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into functional specifications for digital banking solutions.
• Design user journeys, validation rules and integration points for Open Banking, API, internet and mobile banking platforms.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to manage change requests, author test cases and resolve issues.
• Identify pain points, propose enhancements and support the delivery of end‑to‑end digital customer experiences.
• Monitor regulatory and compliance requirements and ensure solutions adhere to local standards.
• Facilitate project working groups, provide status updates and support post‑implementation reviews.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of overall experience with at least 6 years in corporate banking business analysis.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in digital banking channels, including Open Banking/API integrations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across business and technology teams.
• Experience with domestic or international markets and familiarity with regulatory landscapes.
