Branch Manager – Retail Sales

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead retail sales operations in Saharanpur, driving revenue growth and expanding market share. You will oversee distribution channels, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and increase the branch’s market share.
• Develop and activate new distribution partners (IFAs, banks, PSU, NDs).
• Maintain and grow relationships with retail clients, delivering prompt service.
• Monitor compliance with regulations and assist partners in adhering to standards.
• Oversee branch administration, including imprest, operations, and client servicing.
• Prepare and submit sales and performance reports to Cluster and Zonal Heads.
• Manage, coach, and monitor the performance of team members, ensuring AMFI certification where required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail sales management and branch operations.
• Strong ability to build and nurture distribution and client relationships.
• Knowledge of regulatory and statutory compliance in the financial sector.
• Leadership skills to guide and develop a sales team.
