Billing Manager (Construction)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Billing Manager to lead all billing activities for construction projects, ensuring accurate client and subcontractor invoicing in line with project progress and contract terms.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue client bills (RA and final bills) based on project milestones.
• Verify and certify subcontractor and vendor invoices.
• Generate BOQ‑based bills, perform rate analysis, and prepare measurement sheets.
• Coordinate with site engineers, planning and QS teams to confirm work progress and billing data.
• Ensure quantities, rates, and contract terms are accurate before submission.
• Track billing status, obtain approvals, and monitor client payments.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all billing records and invoices.
• Prepare reconciliation statements comparing client and contractor accounts.
• Ensure compliance with contract conditions, GST regulations, and project milestones.
• Support final account settlement and closure of billing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech or Diploma).
• Minimum 11 years of experience in building construction billing and quantity surveying.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA billing, measurement sheets, and rate analysis.
• Experience handling large‑scale civil construction projects.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
