Bank Sales Officer – Liabilities (Patna)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Bank Sales Officer to drive liability product sales in Patna. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, re‑activating dormant accounts, and promoting core banking products.

Key responsibilities

• Boost sales of checking, savings accounts and term deposits by targeting both new and existing customers.
• Identify and engage prospects interested in life and general insurance, credit cards and other bank services.
• Deepen relationships with current clients, encouraging them to explore additional bank offerings, especially those with inactive accounts.
• Conduct field marketing activities across multiple locations, using varied strategies to attract new clientele.
• Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for comprehensive tracking.
• Adhere strictly to the bank’s selling rules and marketing guidelines to ensure ethical and compliant practices.

Required profile

• Graduate or Diploma in any stream.
• Freshers or candidates with 1‑3 years of liability sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
