AV Designer – Audio/Visual Creative

About the role

The AV Designer will own Uvation’s visual and audio‑visual identity across digital, print, and video channels. You will lead the full creative process—from concept and design to video and audio production—ensuring a consistent brand experience on websites, social media, presentations, campaigns, and internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, script, shoot, edit, and colour‑grade video content for marketing, product demos, social media, and internal use.
• Create motion‑graphics, animated explainer videos, and reusable video templates that follow brand guidelines.
• Record, edit, and mix audio for video, voice‑overs, and presentations, delivering professional sound quality.
• Maintain an organized library of video and motion assets for recurring needs.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to align visual output with strategic goals.
• Manage AV equipment, lighting, and recording setups for shoots.
• Track multiple design projects, respecting timelines, specifications, and budget constraints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Film/Media Production, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in graphic design, UI/UX, and audio/video production with a strong portfolio.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is preferred.

Required skills

• Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for graphics and layout.
• Jira for agile project tracking.
• Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.
• Adobe After Effects for motion graphics.
• Adobe Audition (or equivalent) for audio editing and mixing.
• DaVinci Resolve for colour grading (preferred).
• Working knowledge of camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording equipment.
