Lead UX Interaction Designer

About the role

Own and drive interaction design for complex features and journeys, ensuring intuitive, scalable, and user‑centered solutions across products. Lead the UX vision and interaction design strategy across multiple products, shaping a cohesive design ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality interactions: create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs, translate research insights into intuitive patterns, and ensure consistency across touchpoints.
• Lead and collaborate cross‑functionally: work with UX researchers, product managers and developers, mentor junior designers, conduct design reviews and raise design maturity.
• Drive design thinking: facilitate discovery workshops, iterate based on user feedback, champion user‑centered decisions at strategic levels.
• Scale design systems and processes: define and evolve interaction patterns, establish governance, create reusable components and improve cross‑team workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design or Interaction Design from a reputed institute.
• 8+ years of proven experience leading complex UX initiatives.
• Strong systems‑thinking and strategic mindset with expertise in interaction design, information architecture and design systems.
• Experience in automotive, enterprise or AI‑driven product domains is a strong plus.
