About the role

We are looking for a Junior Hospitality Attendant to provide courteous service to guests, manage check‑in and check‑out processes, and support the front‑desk team in a dynamic hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, providing information about accommodation and available services.
• Perform check‑in and check‑out procedures, ensuring accurate reservation management.
• Assist guests with requests such as service scheduling, transportation arrangements, and other needs.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
• Support the hospitality team with administrative tasks, including document control and process handling.

Required profile

• Completed high school education.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Intermediate English (preferred).
• Customer service experience in hospitality (preferred).
• Commitment, proactivity and ability to work in a team.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

What we offer

• 12 × 36 hour rotating shift schedule (11:00 – 23:00).
• Employment under CLT regime.
• Position in the Operational department.
