Associate ServiceNow Developer – GCC Advisory

About the role

PwC is looking for an Associate ServiceNow Developer to join its GCC Advisory team in Bengaluru. You will work on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) solutions, helping clients streamline HR and workplace processes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and customize ServiceNow HRSD/WSD workflows, forms, widgets, and portals.
• Configure HRSD modules such as Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events.
• Develop custom applications and solutions within the WSD suite, including desk booking, visitor management, and space management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday) using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Implement security and governance integrations (SecOps, GRC, IRM) and leverage Now Assist, CSDM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and SPM capabilities.

Required profile

• Associate‑level experience with ServiceNow platform development.
• Strong analytical skills to translate client requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a consulting environment.
