Associate Information Security Engineering Manager - IAM

About the role

UnitedHealth Group is hiring an Associate Information Security Engineering Manager focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) in Hyderabad, India. The role covers access provisioning, IAM strategy and governance, and works with both business and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage configuration of system profiles in the access provisioning tool according to gathered requirements
• Work with business and IT teams to define the access provisioning strategy and promote adoption of internal tools
• Document business and technical processes around user access provisioning and identity management
• Develop and extend monitoring reports on the health, effectiveness and efficiency of the IAM service
• Act strategically on IAM technologies, tools and processes across the organization, on-premises and in the cloud
• Lead and support migration of applications and domains to the enterprise provisioning tool(s)
• Establish and manage project plans for small to medium projects, and train business and IT users on provisioning administration
• Define and execute the IAM strategy, considering legacy and new technologies, and influence organizational change through access management solutions
• Analyze and investigate synchronization exceptions and explain them within the area of expertise

Required profile

• Bachelor's or associate degree and 4 years of equivalent experience
• 4+ years of IAM access provisioning and governance experience
• 2+ years of IAM experience with provisioning and governing tools such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, Saviynt, Oracle Identity Manager or CA Identity Manager
• 4+ years of mainframe/RACF experience, including user, group, dataset and resource profile administration
• Knowledge of SAS and COBOL programming
• Experience managing SSL certificates for the z/OS platform and familiarity with the IBM zSecure suite (Admin, Audit, Events, Access Monitor)

Required skills

• Intermediate knowledge of CICS, DB2, FileAid, FTP/SFTP, ICSF, ISPF, JCL, SDSF, UNIX, CA/Broadcom Endevor, TWS and VSAM
• Preferred: IBM MFA, CARLa programming code
