Manager - SAP Materials Management (MM) & Ariba

About the role

Elfonze Technologies is looking for a Manager for SAP Materials Management (MM) and Sourcing & Procurement on large S/4HANA transformation programmes. You will work with the SAP MM and Ariba team, contributing to solution design, delivering your areas independently and to a high standard, and guiding less experienced colleagues. You report to the Workstream Lead / Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications (SAP).

Key responsibilities

• Translate client procurement and inventory processes into robust, upgrade-safe SAP configuration, covering procure-to-pay, inventory management, valuation and material master governance.
• Take part in requirement-gathering and fit-gap workshops, author and review functional specifications for RICEFW objects, and prepare test scenarios for SIT, UAT and regression testing.
• Plan and execute MM data migration (material master, business partners, info records, open POs, stock balances) and support cutover and hypercare.
• Configure and support the Ariba-S/4HANA integration, including master data replication, transaction flow and error handling.
• Work with client process owners and IT leads, collaborate with SD, FI/CO, PP, QM, PM and Ariba teams, and support change management and end-user enablement.
• Contribute to proposals, RFPs and client presentations, identify scope extensions, develop reusable assets and stay current with the SAP roadmap.

Required profile

• Minimum four full-lifecycle SAP implementations, at least one or two on S/4HANA (greenfield, brownfield or selective data transition).
• At least one full implementation or integration project with SAP Ariba alongside an SAP ERP landscape.
• Working knowledge of SAP Activate; global rollout, template design and localisation experience strongly preferred.
• Preferred: exposure to SAP Business Network, Coupa or Jaggaer, Ariba Spend Analysis or Supply Chain Collaboration, and Indian statutory requirements (GST, e-invoicing, e-way bill).

Required skills

• SAP MM: procurement, inventory, logistics invoice verification, master data, special processes, pricing procedures, OBYC, batch management and MRP.
• S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement, Fiori, Migration Cockpit or LSMW, and basic ABAP debugging.
• SAP Ariba: sourcing, contracts, buying & invoicing, supplier lifecycle, catalogue management, and Ariba-S/4HANA integration via Cloud Integration Gateway or CPI.
