Associate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)

About the role

The Associate FP&A professional will lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process for assigned functional areas, prepare monthly financial packages, and support senior management with strategic financial analysis and board presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budget and forecasting for assigned functions, including variance analysis and documentation.
• Prepare monthly financial packages, compare actuals to budget and prior periods, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with division leads, Accounting, and HR to report expenses and headcount across divisions and markets.
• Support senior management and owners with board and financial presentations and special projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
• 5-7 years of experience in banking, investment management, corporate finance, or structured financing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint (including Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI).
• Experience with structured ERP systems such as Adaptive or Anaplan.
