Associate Finance Controller

About the role

The Associate Finance Controller will support financial reporting, planning, and analysis to enable data‑driven decision‑making across the business. This role works closely with accounting, MIS, and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate financial information and identify cost efficiencies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in Management Information System (MIS) reporting and variance analysis.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with accounting and reconciliation teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Track key performance indicators and business metrics.
• Build and maintain dashboards and financial reports.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance.
• Identify and propose cost‑saving initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of relevant finance experience.
• CA Inter or MBA in Finance preferred.
• Current experience in a Direct‑to‑Consumer (D2C) company is mandatory.
• Background in manufacturing, e‑commerce or supply‑chain finance is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with ownership and learning agility.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
