Associate Analyst, Delivery Strategy Operations

About the role

Invesco is seeking an Associate Analyst to support its Delivery Strategy Operations team. The role involves assisting in all phases of the due‑diligence process for digital platforms and client questionnaires, while developing a solid understanding of the firm’s investment products and structure.

Key responsibilities

• Delivery of high‑quality, accurate, and timely submissions for various clients, including digital due‑diligence platforms and repeatable low‑level client DDQs.
• Follow established processes and procedures such as saving resource files correctly, closing out projects, and maintaining project folders.
• Take ownership of projects, quality‑check deliverables for relevance, accuracy and formatting before peer review.
• Pursue process improvements through automation in content systems, Responsive and online submission platforms.
• Build and maintain strong investment knowledge across asset classes and Invesco’s product capabilities.
• Gain and retain in‑depth knowledge of Invesco’s structure and operations.
• Share knowledge with team members and, once expertise is reached, peer‑review work produced by others.
• Contribute to the review and development of team processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Communications, English, Liberal Arts or related field; exposure to economics or finance courses preferred.
• Interest in pursuing the CFA Investment Foundations certificate is encouraged.
• Strong writing, editing and communication abilities.
• Excellent project‑management skills with high attention to detail.
