About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Personal Banker – Inbound to join our Branch Banking team. In this position you will be the front‑line representative of the bank, handling daily cash and non‑cash transactions while delivering a seamless, high‑quality experience to our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Process cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other non‑cash transactions accurately.
- Promote bank products and services that meet customer needs.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain operational accuracy, compliance with banking regulations, and proper documentation.
- Ensure the branch environment is organized and secure.
Required profile
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy.
- Customer‑service mindset with the ability to build rapport.
