RFP Writer – Asset Management

About the role

Invesco is seeking an energetic RFP Writer to support its regional RFP, RFI and DDQ processes across APAC, US and EMEA. The role involves preparing high‑quality responses and contributing to investment marketing literature, providing exposure to global asset‑management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and edit responses to RFPs, RFIs and DDQs in collaboration with regional RFP teams and internal departments.
• Maintain and update the RFP database, ensuring content is current and searchable.
• Support the creation of investment marketing materials, presentations and market commentaries.
• Interact with cross‑functional teams to gather information and meet tight turnaround times.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to quality standards.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience drafting RFP/RFI/DDQ responses.
• Strong understanding of the asset‑management and financial markets, particularly mutual funds.
• M.B.A. (Finance) or equivalent qualification from a reputable institution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
