Assistant Production Manager – Event Production (Junior)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Assistant Production Manager to support the planning and execution of a variety of events in Delhi. The role is ideal for a candidate with 1‑3 years of experience who can coordinate vendors, manage on‑site production activities and ensure smooth event delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing brand activation campaigns.
• Coordinate production requirements for product launches.
• Support the setup and execution of trade shows and expos.
• Manage logistics and production for award ceremonies.
• Assist in organizing fashion shows and backstage operations.
• Coordinate production activities for music festivals and live events.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers and event partners.
• Ensure timely setup, dismantling and on‑ground execution.
• Monitor production quality, timelines and budgets.
• Resolve on‑site issues efficiently to guarantee successful event delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in event production or operations.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and vendor‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and travel as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
