SEO Manager – Enterprise & AI Search

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead advanced search strategies for enterprise clients at a leading advertising and digital marketing agency in Navi Mumbai. You will shape technical, on‑page, off‑page and AI‑driven SEO initiatives that go beyond traditional Google rankings.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute SEO, AEO and GEO strategies for large‑scale enterprise websites.
• Drive technical, on‑page, off‑page and content SEO programs.
• Develop and implement schema, entity and topical‑authority frameworks.
• Research keywords, competitor landscapes and search intent to inform tactics.
• Monitor performance using SEO and AI visibility metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
• Lead client presentations, strategy workshops and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with content, technology, analytics, creative and account teams.

Required profile

• 8+ years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record managing enterprise or large‑website SEO projects.
• Strong understanding of AEO, GEO, AI search and large‑language‑model visibility.
• Excellent analytical abilities and client‑facing communication skills.
