Jr. Public Relations Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative and goal‑oriented Junior Public Relations Executive to join our growing team in New Delhi. The role is hybrid, offering a mix of onsite collaboration and remote flexibility, and is ideal for candidates with 6‑8 months of PR experience who are ready to take ownership of media relations and client servicing.

Key responsibilities

• Stay informed on client industries, competitors and trends, and contribute ideas during brainstorms.
• Identify and nurture relationships with journalists and editors to secure media coverage, meeting monthly targets.
• Create and maintain customized media lists and develop story ideas tailored to target audiences.
• Execute PR strategies, define KPIs with the PR Head, and produce detailed performance reports.
• Draft client‑facing communications, press materials, and support press events and social media amplification.
• Collaborate with senior team members on case studies, new business proposals and prospecting activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 6‑8 months of hands‑on experience in public relations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a solid understanding of the media landscape.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
