Assistant Manager – Training (B2B Sales & Inside Sales)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager – Training to design, deliver and continuously improve training programs for our B2B demand‑generation and inside‑sales teams. You will translate business requirements into engaging learning experiences that boost product knowledge, sales capability and overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct new‑joiner induction, process training and ongoing upskilling for sales and lead‑generation teams.
• Deliver training on B2B lead generation, prospecting, qualification, objection handling and sales conversations.
• Identify performance gaps through data, quality reports and feedback, and develop targeted interventions.
• Create and maintain training modules, presentations, trainer guides, assessments and call scripts.
• Track post‑training performance, measure effectiveness and report insights to management.
• Maintain training calendars, attendance records, certifications and ensure compliance with training processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, HR and Team Leaders to support onboarding and capability development.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering training for sales, BPO or inside‑sales teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyse performance data and translate business needs into practical learning programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and coaching abilities.
