Assistant Manager / Senior Officer – Sales & Business Development (Commercial)

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking an Assistant Manager / Senior Officer to lead sales and business development activities for its automotive aftermarket portfolio in the Lucknow region. The role focuses on driving revenue through distributor networks, expanding channel partnerships, and strengthening customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and collection targets across the assigned territory through distributor channels.
• Identify, appoint, and develop primary and secondary channel partners.
• Build and expand the distribution network for aftermarket products at retail and workshop levels.
• Plan and execute sales promotion programs and initiatives in the region.
• Maintain and enhance customer relationships to ensure long‑term business growth.

Required profile

• B.E. in Mechanical or Automobile engineering.
• 2‑5 years of experience in channel sales within the automotive aftermarket sector.
• Solid understanding of sales and marketing functions.
• Strong communication abilities and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the territory.
