Assistant Manager – Health Management

About the role
The Assistant Manager – Health Management will plan, coordinate and monitor operational activities within the Health Management division. The role supports the team in delivering the company’s wellness and chronic care programs and contributes to overall business success.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily operational tasks for the Health Management department.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution of wellness and chronic care initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Assist in budgeting, volume tracking, and resource allocation.
- Provide operational support to field coaches and lifestyle advisors.
Required profile
- Graduate degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in operations or health‑related services.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite.
