Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage Service

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our Food & Beverage service team and ensure exceptional hospitality experiences for guests. You will support daily operations, uphold brand standards, and contribute to a high‑performing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in leading, mentoring, and training the F&B service team.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities, ensuring compliance with brand standards.

• Oversee service quality, hygiene, inventory management, and guest satisfaction across all F&B operations.

Required profile

• Willingness to work in remote or off‑beat locations as part of a committed hospitality team.
• Previous supervisory or assistant managerial experience in F&B operations (preferred).
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
