Assistant Director of Food & Beverage

About the role

The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage supports the leadership of the property's culinary operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets. You will help shape and execute the department’s strategy, ensuring it aligns with brand standards and drives revenue growth while maintaining high guest and employee satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement food and beverage strategies, promotions, menu items, and wine pairings in line with brand objectives.
• Lead and communicate with all F&B teams through briefings, staff meetings, and regular updates.
• Monitor staffing levels, set performance expectations, and provide feedback to ensure service excellence.
• Estimate consumption, manage inventory, and oversee ordering of food, beverage, equipment, and supplies.
• Analyze financial reports to maximize revenue and control costs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, etc., with at least 4 years of experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams, solve operational challenges, and drive financial performance.
