Area Sales Manager – Solar Products

About the role

Loom Solar is seeking an energetic Area Sales Manager to drive the growth of its solar product portfolio across a defined region. You will be responsible for expanding the dealer and distributor network, training partners, and ensuring Loom Solar remains the preferred choice for solar solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Visit at least 10 retail shops, solar dealers, and distributors daily to promote Loom Solar products.
• Conduct cold‑calling to generate new dealer and customer opportunities.
• Onboard high‑potential partners and convert leads into active channel partners.
• Negotiate terms and present customized quotations to secure orders.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and sales in the company’s sales application.
• Ensure partners have a 30‑day stock buffer and monitor stock movement.
• Deliver training sessions and meetings to enhance partner product knowledge.

Required profile

• Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in solar product sales, channel sales, or electrical product sales.
• Strong understanding of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and rooftop solar solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned area.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and passionate about renewable energy.
