Area Sales Executive – Automotive Lubricants

About the role

The Area Sales Executive will lead Mannol India’s automotive lubricant business across Tamil Nadu, driving revenue growth through a strong dealer and distributor network. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, expanding market coverage and ensuring product availability in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop, manage and expand the dealer and distributor network.
• Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors.
• Visit dealers, workshops and retailers regularly to strengthen relationships.
• Generate new business opportunities and increase market share.
• Ensure product availability and optimal market coverage.
• Collect market feedback, monitor competitor activity and report insights.
• Follow up on payments, prepare and submit sales reports.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in automotive lubricants or aftermarket sales.
• Previous work with brands such as Shell, Mobil, Castrol, Liqui Moly, Gulf, Motul, TotalEnergies, Valvoline, Veedol, Servo or similar.
• Established dealer and distributor network is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Tamil Nadu.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving licence preferred.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of automotive lubricant products and market dynamics.
