Architect / Senior Architect (Pune)

About the role

Morphogenesis is seeking a self‑driven Architect or Senior Architect to join its Pune studio. You will work across all project phases, contributing to design, execution and sustainability while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers and consultants to meet design, execution and sustainability goals.
• Ensure adherence to the firm’s design philosophy and guide the team accordingly.
• Research internal and external references to stay current with global design standards and technology.
• Integrate façade, interior and landscape design concepts and resolve technical challenges.
• Review drawings, specifications and construction administration tasks for quality control.
• Create and maintain project manuals, specifications and client presentation materials.
• Conduct on‑site observations, document reviews and address RFIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institute.
• Strong design conceptualisation and execution abilities.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work positively within teams.
• Familiarity with Morphogenesis procedures and sustainability standards.
