Architect – Residential Construction

About the role

Structo Builders is seeking a full‑time Architect to join our on‑site team in Bengaluru. You will lead the creation and supervision of architectural designs for residential projects, ensuring they are innovative, functional, and aligned with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concept designs through detailed architectural drawings and models.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and software teams to integrate multidisciplinary elements.
• Manage projects from initial concept to final construction, monitoring timelines and budgets.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Communicate design intent and progress to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in architecture and architectural design.
• Degree in Architecture or a related field; licensed architects preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design tools.
• Experience with software development and integration for technology‑driven design solutions.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Project management skills to oversee timelines, budgets, and cross‑functional collaboration.
