About the role
The Architect will lead and oversee architectural projects from concept through construction, ensuring that designs meet both client expectations and statutory regulations. This role requires close collaboration with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high‑quality built environments.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to align project objectives.
- Develop and refine design concepts while ensuring compliance with management and statutory requirements.
- Manage project budgets and schedules to achieve timely and cost‑effective delivery.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Oversee all project phases, including planning, design development, documentation, and construction.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing architectural projects.
- Strong understanding of design development and statutory compliance.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse project stakeholders.
