Electrician

About the role

Team Thai is seeking a full‑time electrician to join its Maharashtra operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing electrical systems, equipment and wiring across the company’s diverse industrial facilities while adhering to safety standards and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of electrical installations and equipment.
• Diagnose electrical faults, troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions to minimise downtime.
• Install new wiring, circuits, lighting and control systems in accordance with codes.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial and commercial electrical assets.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including reports and maintenance logs.
• Collaborate with technical and maintenance teams to ensure safe use and storage of tools and equipment.

Required profile

• Relevant technical certification or diploma in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as an electrician in industrial or commercial environments.
• Familiarity with electrical safety standards, codes and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams and equipment manuals.
• Good communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Physical capability to perform manual tasks, including standing, lifting and working in varied environments.
