Architect – Full‑time On‑site Position

About the role

Enar Consultants is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Architect to join its South Delhi office. The role involves creating architectural solutions, managing projects from concept to completion, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver client‑focused designs on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Design architectural solutions that meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure seamless execution.
• Integrate design elements and coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative, client‑centered design concepts.
• Maintain detailed drawings and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in architectural design and drawing production.
• Strong project management and client coordination abilities.
• Proficiency with design software and visualization tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a related field.
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices is a plus.
