Architect – Team Lead

About the role

Studio 42 is seeking an experienced Architect to lead its design team in Vasant Kunj, Delhi. You will shape contemporary, user‑centric spaces while guiding junior staff and collaborating with consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and presentation materials for a variety of projects.
• Create detailed architectural drawings and documentation using CAD and related software.
• Participate in coordination meetings, liaise with consultants, and ensure design intent is maintained.
• Conduct site analyses and research to inform design decisions.
• Assist in preparing project proposals, submissions, and client communications.
• Incorporate feedback from senior architects and project managers into revisions.
• Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and sustainable design practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 2‑4 years of experience in an architectural or design firm.
• Strong graphic, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with solid organizational skills.
• Passion for architecture and a willingness to grow.
