Construction Contracts Manager

About the role

The Construction Contracts Manager will be based on‑site in South Delhi, overseeing all contractual and commercial aspects of ACPL’s construction projects. You will ensure contracts are drafted, reviewed and negotiated to support safe, timely and cost‑effective delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors and consultants.
• Monitor contract performance, manage variations, claims and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with design and project‑management teams to track budgets, timelines and mitigate contractual risk.
• Support resolution of disputes and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
• Maintain regular on‑site interaction with stakeholders to align contract terms with project objectives.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, commercial terms and relevant legal frameworks.
• Experience in contract drafting, review, negotiation and administration for multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field; professional certifications are a plus.
• Prior on‑site contracts or commercial management experience, preferably in South Delhi or similar urban environments.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, non‑discriminatory practices and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with project‑management software and tools for budgeting, cost control and reporting.
