Architect – Design & Project Management

About the role

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Architect to join our team. The role involves taking projects from concept through to construction, working closely with clients to deliver functional, sustainable and compliant designs.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss vision, requirements, objectives and budget.
• Create conceptual designs, detailed drawings and 3‑D models using CAD tools such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare planning applications to ensure compliance with local building codes and environmental standards.
• Prepare specifications, construction documents and contract paperwork for contractors.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, contractors and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor construction progress through site visits, resolve technical or design issues and ensure quality standards.
• Assist in cost estimation and resource monitoring to keep projects on budget.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of professional experience in architecture or a related field.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction materials and safety standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
