Architect (1–3 Years Experience)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Architect to join our dynamic studio in West Delhi. You will work across a wide range of typologies—from residential and corporate to public and hospitality projects—taking ownership of design from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural concepts and design solutions for diverse project types.
• Prepare design presentations, detailed working drawings, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Visit project sites to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
• Resolve on‑site challenges through effective coordination with contractors and stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Contribute to design discussions, research, and studio collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 1–3 years of professional architectural experience.
• Strong design sensibility with excellent visualization and detailing skills.
• Sound knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and execution.
• Experience preparing GFCs, working drawings, and construction details.
• Ability to coordinate efficiently with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and project‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and eager to learn across all sectors of architecture.
