Apprentice TSE – Sales Trainee

About the role

Alcon is looking for an Apprentice TSE to join its sales team in Noida. The role combines classroom learning with hands‑on field training, preparing you to become a qualified sales professional in the eye‑care industry.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a structured training program covering classroom sessions and field shadowing with a mentor.
• Learn and apply in‑clinic and ex‑clinic sales processes, including prescription generation from healthcare professionals.
• Develop sales presentation skills and conduct end‑to‑end sales calls.
• Use tools such as RCPA, Pitcher and Salesforce for planning, reporting and analysis.
• Gain knowledge of product therapy, distribution channels, industry trends and competition.
• Maintain daily call plans, records and compliance with Alcon’s policies.

Required profile

• Final‑year Bachelor of Pharmacy student or recent graduate awaiting results.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Interest in eye anatomy, pharmaceutical sales and a long‑term career in the sector.
• Basic understanding of the healthcare system and industry dynamics.
• Geographic mobility and willingness to work on‑site in Noida.
