AO / Client Servicing Team Leader

About the role

AllianceBernstein is hiring an AO / Client Servicing Team Leader in Pune. The role reports to the AVP, Private Client Administration Team Manager, and supports the Private Wealth Sales team. The Private Client Administration team acts as a liaison between Sales, Portfolio Management and Operations, and the Team Leader services a designated client base and manages day-to-day tasks for Private Client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Open new accounts, facilitate client onboarding, conduct quality reviews and initiate Alternative Investment and NPT Philanthropic Impact Fund accounts
• Handle customer inquiries on new account opening and statement delivery quality control
• Achieve KPIs on turnaround time and accuracy; assign and manage work allocation within the team
• Run regular one-on-ones, resolve conflicts, train new members and motivate them to meet SLA and performance targets
• Troubleshoot process issues, assess development needs and promote an AI-enabled culture and process improvements
• Conduct internal error analysis, maintain MIS records, manage process migrations and take part in related meetings and calls
• Promote quality and productivity initiatives and implement training modules

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Accounting, Business or Finance
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services industry
• Responsible, organized, detail-oriented and efficient, with strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Willingness to work the US shift

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to use AI tools and related products effectively
