AI Trainer – Remote Part‑Time

About the role

We are seeking fluent language professionals to join our team as remote AI Trainers. This part‑time contract position allows you to work from anywhere on a flexible schedule, helping to improve the quality of AI‑generated text.

Key responsibilities

• Read and evaluate AI‑generated text for quality, accuracy, and fluency.
• Write short prompts and creative responses to train AI systems.
• Rank and compare AI outputs using clear evaluation criteria.
• Provide written feedback on language quality.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in your language and English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in humanities, language, or writing‑related fields.
• Professional experience with language work such as writing, teaching, translating, editing, or annotating.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow evaluation guidelines.

Required skills

• Fluency in target language and English.
• Experience in linguistic or data‑annotation tasks.
