About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking an experienced leader to build and maintain core AI, cloud, platform and infrastructure capabilities that enable its product portfolios to scale efficiently. The role focuses on driving adoption, ensuring delivery excellence and fostering strategic differentiation across the organization.

• Drive portfolio enablement by promoting AI, cloud, platform and infrastructure capabilities across business units.
• Build a software‑centric engineering capability, ensuring teams are ready to adopt new solutions.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and consistent quality through delivery excellence.

• Establish strategic differentiation by developing thought leadership and strengthening market relevance.

Required profile

• 18+ years of experience building cloud, platform, infrastructure or DevOps organizations.
• Strong understanding of AI infrastructure and platform ecosystems.
• Proven track record in capability and platform development with a focus on standardisation and reuse.
• Demonstrated technology leadership and ability to deliver business outcomes.
• Leadership attributes: strategic, technology‑forward, platform‑oriented, collaborative, outcome‑driven, high integrity, customer‑centric and execution‑focused.
