Affiliate Psychology Counsellor – Connected Calendar Portal

About the role

LyraHealth is seeking experienced Affiliate Psychology Counsellors to join its Connected Calendar portal across major Indian cities. The role involves delivering in‑person counseling sessions, managing your own clinic space, and maintaining an online profile that clients can browse to book appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑person counseling sessions in English, Hindi, and any additional local languages as needed.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date profile and availability on the online portal, posting slots for client booking.
• Enter session data into the internal system within 24 hours of completion.
• Send confirmation and reminder emails 24–48 hours before each session and handle cancellation policies.
• Schedule follow‑up appointments 8–10 days after the initial session, except for emergency cases approved by the Clinical Case Manager.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant counseling experience.
• Fluency in English and Hindi, with the ability to communicate in other regional languages.
• Own or have access to a counseling space within a commercial complex or poly‑clinic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile and computer applications: WhatsApp, MS Office, Webex, MS Teams, Google Workspace, Zoom.
• Excellent organizational abilities and clear written and verbal communication.
• Professional telephone and online etiquette.
