Advisory Manager – Ports, Marine & Inland Waterways

About the role

The Advisory Manager will lead large‑scale ports, marine and inland waterways infrastructure projects for AECOM in Noida. The role oversees project coordination, monitoring, reporting and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely delivery in line with client requirements and contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the consulting team to deliver services within agreed timelines.
• Manage overall project delivery, including monitoring progress, reporting status and coordinating with clients.
• Track and monitor projects using IT‑based MIS tools and dashboards, flagging deviations and recommending schedule amendments.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and ensure compliance with budgets, quality, safety and statutory approvals.
• Facilitate decision‑making, support implementation of project changes and maintain seamless communication among all participants.

Required profile

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• M.Tech, MBA or Master’s in Project/Construction/Infrastructure Management (mandatory).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure projects, preferably in ports, marine, coastal, harbour, jetty, waterfront or inland waterways.
• Proven experience managing consultancy or large government infrastructure assignments.
