Accounts Receivable Senior Associate Specialist

About the role

The role is responsible for executing and controlling the accounts receivable processes in line with established service level agreements. You will work within a globally integrated finance team, focusing on continuous improvement and automation of core AR activities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and control month‑end closing tasks related to accounts receivable.
• Manage core AR activities such as cash application, customer refunds and extensions according to guidelines.
• Respond to ad‑hoc requests concerning customer accounts.
• Serve as the point of contact for Collections and other accounting functions.
• Participate in medium and large finance projects, coordinating tasks and deliverables.
• Prepare, register and analyse external audit findings, internal controls and process‑efficiency improvements.
• Compile year‑end footnotes, analytics and reporting.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives (e.g., Autobank filter, Smarteye, reporting enhancements).

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in accounting or administrative finance roles.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural, fast‑paced global environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Advanced Excel.
• SAP.
