Accounts Receivable & Payable Associate – Immediate Joiner

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Associate to join our finance team on an immediate basis. The role operates on a US night shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM) and supports both AR and AP functions for international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end Accounts Receivable, including credit analysis, aging monitoring, collections, and dispute resolution.
• Execute Accounts Payable processes: 3‑way invoice matching, weekly payment runs, tax compliance (TDS, GST), and vendor reconciliations.
• Perform month‑end activities such as ledger reconciliation, accrual posting, and KPI reporting (DSO, DPO, CEI).
• Identify process bottlenecks and support migration to automated ERP workflows.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of progressive experience in corporate accounting with dual AR/AP exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Ability to work the night shift and commute to Noida (Sector 2).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data manipulation.
• QuickBooks proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or Tally Prime.
