Accounts Receivable Analyst – French Language

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst with strong French language skills to join CORE’s Finance Operations team. The analyst will own the end‑to‑end dispute resolution process, working closely with dealers, vendors and customers to ensure accurate and timely accounts‑receivable handling.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve invoicing discrepancies by collaborating with dealers, vendors and customers.
• Record, review and track open disputes and deductions.
• Analyse root causes of disputes and propose corrective actions.
• Communicate findings and resolution outcomes professionally.
• Monitor assigned accounts to guarantee timely follow‑up and closure.
• Request and manage supporting documentation from customers.
• Handle high volumes of phone and email communications while maintaining accuracy.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions and resolutions.
• Prepare and present reports on dispute trends and resolution metrics to management.
• Support additional projects and tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections or dispute resolution.
• Fluent French with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational ability and time‑management.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for large data‑set analysis.
• Experience with account reconciliation and financial statement analysis.
• Ability to navigate enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
