Accounting Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the full spectrum of financial reporting, ledger management and cost analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and review accurate books of accounts, performing in‑depth variance analysis.
• Support aftermarket dealer claims, analyze cost impacts and perform reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing, analyzing and tracking various incentive schemes.
• Perform account reconciliations and ledger scrutiny to ensure correct accounting.
• Review slow and non‑moving inventory and drive business to liquidate.
• Support periodic financial reporting including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and working capital.
• Assist with revenue recognition, month‑end close activities and related accounting tasks.
• Prepare presentations for monthly review meetings.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams on day‑to‑day activities.
• Contribute to process documentation and implementation.
• Analyze business issues, perform trend analysis and provide insights.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant qualification.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Process‑driven, systems‑oriented mindset.
• Self‑motivated and proactive.
• Ability to partner with business units and collaborate across functions.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Oracle ERP.
• Expert level Microsoft Excel.
• Expert level Microsoft PowerPoint.
