Accountant – Tax & Compliance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to manage our financial records, ensure statutory compliance and support daily accounting operations. The role focuses on taxation, reconciliations and audit support within a dynamic finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and process financial transactions.
• Prepare and manage invoices, billing and follow‑up on payments.
• Handle GST and TDS compliance, including timely filing of returns.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in internal and external audit preparation and provide required documentation.
• Manage PF and ESIC compliance and related documentation.
• Support basic administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• 10–12 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in tax preparation and compliance (GST & TDS).
• Proficiency in bank reconciliation and cash‑flow monitoring.
• Familiarity with audit processes and documentation.
• Good understanding of PF and ESIC regulations.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Tally accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
