Finance Executive – Associate (Mapusa, Goa)

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Executive – Associate to join our finance team in Mapusa, Goa. The role involves handling day‑to‑day accounting activities, supporting month‑end closures, and preparing management reports. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial records and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, record invoices, expenses and receipts.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer and other account reconciliations.
• Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing, journal entries, provisions and adjustments.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial summaries and support revenue, expense and cash‑flow analysis.
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory and accounting requirements and support audit processes.
• Follow established finance processes, identify gaps and support automation initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and assist the Finance Manager in budgeting and forecasting.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping and basic taxation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
