Accountant – Manage Branch Finance

About the role
We are seeking a diligent Accountant to oversee the day‑to‑day financial operations of our branch. The role involves ensuring accurate bookkeeping, timely reporting, and compliance with statutory regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting activities, including billing, cash handling, stock transfers, and purchase entry.
- Perform cash closing, bank reconciliation, and RTGS/NEFT transaction processing.
- Prepare and finalize balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Support month‑end closing, journal entry preparation, and balance‑sheet account reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and implement internal control mechanisms.
- Handle taxation processes and related financial activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Age between 20 and 35 years.
- 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
- Additional certifications in Tally, SAP, or other accounting software are a plus.
