Account Manager – LV Switchgear & Switchboard

About the role

Join Siemens Smart Infrastructure as an Account Manager focused on low‑voltage (LV) switchgear and switchboard solutions. You will drive business growth with contractors, EPC firms and panel builders, delivering intelligent energy products that support a connected and sustainable world.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities with Contractor/EPC and panel‑builder customers for LV switchgear and LV switchboard products.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and order fulfilment.
• Achieve a sales volume target of 150‑200 million USD within the assigned market segment.
• Provide technical guidance on product specifications and IEC panel standards.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, supply‑chain and service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Respond quickly to market changes and propose value‑add solutions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant industry experience in electrical distribution or similar fields.
• Strong communication and salesmanship with a proactive, achievement‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and build lasting relationships with key accounts.
• Knowledge of IEC panels is a distinct advantage.
