Account Manager – Business Growth & Strategic Accounts

About the role

Movate DCX is seeking a seasoned, commercially driven leader to accelerate growth across the United States. This senior position will combine new‑logo acquisition with strategic account expansion in the BPO, CX, Digital Operations, and Managed Services sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow regional revenue, bookings, pipeline, margin and expansion targets.
• Define and execute a multi‑year growth strategy covering CX, BPO, Digital Operations, Trust & Safety, Technical Support, AI‑led Services and Managed Services.
• Drive both hunter and farmer motions: acquire net‑new enterprise clients and expand existing strategic accounts.
• Lead end‑to‑end transformational pursuits from market identification to proposal, pricing, negotiation and closure.
• Build CXO‑level relationships with decision‑makers, procurement stakeholders and business sponsors.
• Manage RFP/RFI responses, commercial discussions and contract negotiations for complex outsourcing engagements.
• Develop account growth plans, cross‑sell and upsell across CX, technical support, back‑office, AI, analytics and automation.
• Collaborate with partners such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft, Google Cloud, AWS, Genesys, NICE and Five9 to support joint go‑to‑market motions.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in BPO, CX, Digital Operations or Managed Services.
• Proven track record of new‑logo acquisition and strategic account expansion at the enterprise level.
• Strong executive relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams including solutioning, consulting, delivery, finance and legal.
